Suggest a Resource

Found a great guide, tool, or website that should be on the list? Share it through:

• Discord - quickest way to suggest something
• Email: ichiwayoffical@gmail.com

Report Broken Links

Links go dead all the time, especially Japanese government sites that love to restructure. If you find one:

• Note the page and the broken link
• Suggest a replacement if you have one
• Drop it in Discord

Fix Outdated Info

Japan's rules, phone numbers, and addresses change. If you spot something out of date, let us know what should be there instead.

Submit a Personal Guide

Wrote a blog post about getting your visa, finding an apartment, or starting a business? Share it. Personal experiences are some of the most valuable content.

Translate

Help make resources accessible by translating sections into other languages.

Submission Guidelines

When suggesting a new resource:

• Link - The full URL
• Name - What to call it
• Description - 1-2 friendly sentences explaining what it is and why it's useful
• Category - Which page it belongs on (housing, visa, etc.)

Keep descriptions friendly and helpful. No em dashes. No marketing speak.

What We Won't Add

• Scammy services or known-bad operators
• Outdated/broken sites that have no current value
• Duplicate listings already covered elsewhere on the site
